The program is open to anyone who can have their salary deductions managed by Bureau Potongan Angkasa (BPA).

The program covers a range of consumer products including smartphones, computers, tablets, smartwatches, accessories, and more.

The customers will first need to download the application via stores, search for Taptaplah or you can visit www.taptaplah.com. You can apply directly within the application digitally.

1. Download the TapTapLah application 📲 from https://getapp.taptaplah.com/
2. Open the application, register & log in to your TapTapLah account.
3. Join as a member of the Koperasi Tanjong Keramat Malaysia Berhad.
4. On the main page, in the Tawaran Terkini section, click on the Matahari Program banner.
5. Choose your Apple device (Only 1 device can be applied for in 1 application).
6. On the ‘Checkout’ page, select your delivery option, payment method (choose installment plan) & installment amount (24/36 months). Click ‘Place Order’, you will be taken to the ‘Eligibility Check’ page.
7. Enter your salary information to check your DSR %. If approved, proceed to the next page.
8. Documents to upload is Copy of IC and Copy Latest Salary Slip and Documents must be uploaded clearly.
9. After uploading the documents, sign the Declaration & submit. Your order will be placed.
10. Go to the Notifikasi section, click on ‘Instalment Received’ & download the BPA Form. Fill out the form (ensure all spaces are filled, with signature & stamp from the appointed company officer for EPF verification). Obtain the ‘Surat Pengesahan Perlan­tikan’ from the employer & Email the BPA form & your confirmation letter to khidmat_pelanggan@koopk.tk.
11. Application approval may take up to 5 working days. You will receive notifications on TapTapLah regarding your application status.
12. Once approved, go to the selected store to pick up your device (please make an appointment with the store before coming).
13. During the pickup process, show the approval notification from TapTapLah & all original documents (BPA form, Salary Slip, Appointment Confirmation Letter, IC Copy).
14. Sign the required documents to complete the process.

Customers are required to pay a monthly membership fee of RM10 for Koperasi Tanjong Keramat Malaysia. This fee is refundable when the membership ends.
